The apartment is located near the "Place de l'Airette", just above the old village gate 'Porte de Tines' dating from 1524. The quarter is very quiet as there is no traffic allowed in this part of the village. However its centre can be reached, by foot, within a few minutes.
The entrance of the apartment is located under an archway, from which you enter directly into the living area. The curved walls are quite common in this type of village house and they add to the charm and cosiness of the apartment.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, they are both equipped with double beds (160cm). There is an alcove, beside the staircase, where 1 spare mattresse is placed to provide an extra bed for occasional use. Maximum capacity is 5, comfortable capacity 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub, toilet, wash basin and a washing machine with integrated laundry dryer. The apartment has recently been upgraded with a micro-wave oven, a flat-screen tv and wireless internet.
There is an open space protected by the archway just in front of the entrance, which can be used to put up some chairs and a table. So you can easily take your 'Apero' or enjoy your dinner outside.
Most appealing is the ideal location of the apartment. It is very quiet, and yet is in the heart of the village, where direct car access is not possible. When you arrive, you can unload your car close to the apartment. Parking, however, is outside the village fortifications, where there are several free public parking areas to choose from. The apartment is then reached after a few minutes walk through the old village itself. In our opinion Biot is one of the loveliest villages on the Côte d’Azur – despite its popularity it has maintained its charm and authenticity and it offers a lot of activities for locals and tourists in every season. Rental Fees Main season (June, July, August, September, Easter, Christmas): 105 Euro/Tag Intermediate season (March, April, May, October) : 85 Euro/Tag Off season (November, December, January, February) : 75 Euro/Tag The apartment is available on a weekly basis only. Arrival on Saturday after 3 p.m. and departure Saturday until 10 a.m. Electricity is charged extra if heating is needed. Final cleaning is obligatory and will be charged 45 Euros. Please note that pets are not allowed and that the apartment is non-smoking. Booking Please send us an e-mail with your inquiry or just give us a call. To validate your reservation we ask for a down payment of 30% of the total rental fee via bank transfer within 10 days after confirmation. The balance is due a few days before your arrival date. The security deposit is 150 Euros, which is reimbursed at the end of your stay.
